Leasing Agent Position Available at Polaris at Together Center Apartments (Redmond, WA) - Excellent Career Opportunity.

We currently have an opening for an experienced full time Leasing Agent at Polaris at Together Center Apartments in Redmond, WA, who will assist in resident leasing and renewals. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, is a self-starter and works well in a team. If this sounds like you, then we would like to hear from you.

We offer:

• 
  $25 per hour

*Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential. (*Differs for Part Time employees)

Skills/Specialized Knowledge:

• 
  Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others.
• HUD Experience required.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions.
• Ability to read and comprehend reports.
• Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
• Hard worker with a willingness to learn
• Consistent work history and verifiable references
• Minimum 1 year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
• Valid driver's license.
