Architect
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Willingboro, NJ. This role involves architectural design, project planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural design documents, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
- Develop, review, and evaluate project plans and design criteria for various public sector projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Architectural/Engineering team to ensure project success.
- Manage and coordinate detailed phases of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in architectural modeling and design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect preferred (New Jersey License).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
