Allied Resources is seeking a Community Development Manager to oversee the operations for both community and facility management of a military residential or mixed-use community. This is a direct hire position providing a base compensation up to $110k, annual bonus, retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the property’s annual budget while overseeing the collection of rent, HOA fees, and other dues, ensuring enforcement of payment policies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, maintenance schedules, and resident communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding property concerns.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards while conducting regular property inspections to address maintenance issues.
- Manage vendor contracts for essential services and plan long-term capital improvements, such as roofing, paving, and structural repairs.
Qualifications:
- Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of Property Management experience.
- Possession of a valid state issued Drivers License.
