What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cost Analyst position at Allied Resources Technical Consultants?
Allied Resources is hiring a Cost Analyst to analyze project progress, assess risk mitigation strategies, and document business processes for Utility Construction projects. This is a long-term contract position providing excellent base compensation up to $96k, hybrid schedule, and comprehensive benefits including 401k.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project oversight to requirements gathering, scoping, design, execution, and other critical project activities.
- Identify and recommend risk mitigation strategies and identify synergy opportunities.
- Create a host of documentation including checklists, requisitions, contract change requests, material requests, and work order tasks.
- Develop and maintain business process models and develop functional updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industrial Construction.
- Bachelors Degree required; ex. Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
