Key Responsibilities:
- Raise occupancy rates via targeted marketing campaigns and resident retention initiatives.
- Enforce adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with corporate objectives.
- Leads leasing, prospect management, and maintenance efforts to enhance resident satisfaction and optimize property performance.
- Manages accurate financial and operational data entry in Yardi to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborates with Facility Management to address maintenance concerns, recognize recurring issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Consistently meets operational and maintenance metrics by exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develops a positive work environment by hiring, training, and retaining top performers, thus enhancing engagement and overall performance.
- Mentors and guides team members through goal-setting, feedback provision, and ongoing improvement encouragement.
- Builds strong connections with external stakeholders, including Installation Commands and Housing Partners, to drive shared objectives.
- Acts on stakeholder input by identifying enhancements, optimizing processes, and boosting efficiency.
- Oversees financial responsibilities, including budget planning, financial reporting, and expenditure oversight, to ensure financial success.
- Administers accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collaborates with Project Development on financial reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desirable to have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property management or hospitality industry.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience.
