Estimator

Allied Resources is hiring an Estimator with Electric Utility experience to execute estimates for a local Energy project portfolio. This is a direct-hire with a base salary ranging up to $180,000 and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expertise in estimating costs and resources for electrical components such as transformers, switchgears, substations, flow meters, pressure gauges, and generators, ensuring accurate budgeting and project planning.
• Oversee the proposal development process for a small to medium sized portfolio managing a high volume of estimates.
• Submit requests for information (RFI) based on bid documents.
• Review labor and material takeoffs and final estimate packages to ensure accuracy before formal quotation.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of work with heavy construction projects, or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field preferred (not required).
• Working knowledge of Estimating software's (such as Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, Sage Estimating, etc.)
