Operations and Maintenance Manager

About the Job:

• Drive efficient occupancy levels through innovative marketing and resident retention strategies.
• E nsure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and laws, ensuring seamless integration with corporate objectives.
• Lead leasing, prospect management, and maintenance activities to enhance resident satisfaction and optimize property performance.
• Enter accurate financial and operational data into Yardi to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Work closely with Facility Management to resolve maintenance issues, recognize recurring problems, and implement preventative solutions.
• Consistently meet operational and maintenance metrics by exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, thus enhancing team engagement and overall performance.
• Mentor and guide team members through goal-setting, feedback provision, and ongoing improvement encouragement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Installation Commands and Housing Partners, to drive shared objectives.
• Act on stakeholder feedback by identifying enhancements, streamlining processes, and boosting overall efficiency.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including budget planning, financial reporting, and expenditure oversight, to ensure financial success.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collaborate with Project Development on financial reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in property management or hospitality industry.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience.
