What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Director position at Allied Resources Technical Consultants?
Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Project Director to work at the owner’s representative for military family housing projects by providing oversight and planning in development, construction, and property management services for a military facility. This is a direct hire position providing a full relocation package, up to $160k in base, annual bonus, and retention bonus along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of assigned project’s, coordinate with governmental agency representatives, third-party contacts and military service leaders to build long lasting business relationships.
- Develop a project structure for the scope of the assigned project that achieves all incentive-based fees and manages future risks.
- Create long term strategies and plans involving marketing, development of goals, time tables for completion, and human management.
- Evaluate and analyze the activities of the project to improve methods and processes that enhance productivity and realization of established goals.
- Meet all operational profit goals through fluid processes, including review of the development, renovation, operating and capital improvement budget for assigned project.
- Publicly represents the Company in events including but not limited to in-process briefings, town hall meetings, executive presentations and project site visits and tours.
- Utilize project development software's such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of Project Development experience in Military Family Housing projects, Construction projects, or related experience.
- Possession of a valid state issued Drivers License.
