About the Role:
- Promote efficient occupancy levels through strategic marketing and resident retention strategies.
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate standards.
- Oversight of leasing, prospect management, and maintenance activities to boost resident satisfaction and optimize property performance.
- Enter accurate financial and operational data into Yardi to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Facility Management to address maintenance issues, recognize recurring problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Achieve consistent excellence in operational and maintenance metrics by regularly meeting KPI benchmarks.
- Create a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining high-caliber staff, thus enhancing team engagement and overall performance.
- Guidance and mentorship of team members through priority-setting, feedback provision, and ongoing improvement encouragement.
- Fostering strong connections with external stakeholders, such as Installation Commands and Housing Partners, to achieve mutual objectives.
- Responding to stakeholder input by identifying areas for enhancement, streamlining processes, and boosting overall efficiency.
- Management of fiscal responsibilities, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and expenditure oversight, to ensure financial success.
- Effective administration of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collaboration with Project Development on financial reporting and data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's degree is desired.
- At least 10 years of experience in property management or hospitality sector.
- At least 7 years of leadership and supervision experience.
