Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This exciting opportunity will have you manage project-specific design, programming, and technical requirements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce construction documents that uphold outstanding design concepts, align with client expectations, and comply with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to project teams, ensuring consistency with design vision and client expectations.
- Work closely with market segment leaders and marketing teams on design documentation and presentations.
- Conduct project coordination meetings to enhance cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Manage construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, evaluating shop drawings, and conducting site visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 4 years of related experience in Life Sciences, Microelectronics, Semiconductor, or similar environments.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
