Senior Facilities Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager to oversee maintenance and repair operations for multiple military housing installations in the region. This leadership role requires a strong background in facilities management, team development, and ensuring high-quality service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance and repair operations across multiple housing installations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing facilities management team, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and operational planning for facility improvements.
- Foster a culture of excellence, customer service, and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
