Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate home improvement solutions (roofing, siding, windows, and other exterior renovations).
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide ongoing customer support and maintain client relationships post-sale.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, roofing, or construction industry.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
