Key Responsibilities:
- Mitigation & Restoration: Perform water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup to return properties to their pre-loss condition.
- Customer Interaction: Act as the first responder, easing property owners' concerns while providing detailed explanations of the restoration process.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure all procedures meet industry standards.
- Problem Solving: Innovate solutions for complex restoration challenges.
- Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and manage restoration tools and equipment efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately document project details, including before-and-after photos, moisture readings, and customer communications.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of water damage restoration experience is required.
- Passionate about customer service and creating satisfied clients.
- Polished, professional demeanor with the ability to reassure clients in high-stress situations.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites.
- Strong work ethic, task-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Must be empathetic, clean-cut, and maintain a professional appearance.
