Estimating Sales & Project Management of Commercial Roofing Assemblies
Skills should include, but not necessarily be limited to:
A successful sales record in the Tampa Commercial Re-roofing market first and foremost. Sales Estimating of Public Bidding and or general contractor new construction is secondary in our market path.
Interpreting comprehension of written Roofing & sheet metal specifications
Ability to perform scaled drawing take offs and or a physical take offs of measurement and penetrations in quantitative detail and sketch.
Full knowledge of complete material specification needs, Florida Product Approvals accurate labor itemized estimation, and all other pertinent considerations for a complete professional estimate.
5 or more years of verifiable Florida commercial estimating and sales success with experience with references .
Team Demeanor must be adaptable to meet client satisfaction and responsiveness, to include daily communication with fellow peers /team spirit.
All phone and e-mail correspondence are to be managed timely.
Material Price Shopping, managing your purchase orders and working with accounting department.
Must have a working knowledge of contract review and ratification experience
Good physical condition to perform duties and professional appearance.
Must follow all company policies and safety protocol
Computer skills required for estimating Excel Spread sheet or Edge, e-mails and both preparation of correspondence and proposals.
Must speak English, able to articulate your engaging thoughts both verbally and in writing.
Estimators must be able to perform and evaluate physical test cuts when evaluating an existing roof assembly
Must pass a pre employment drug test, M.V.R drivers license and criminal background check. We are a Drug Free Workplace
Attend weekly staff meetings and work to promote our firm's positive image and proven quality installations.
Must have vast knowledge of specific Florida approved roof installations to meet building code requirements.

Must live locally within 45 minutes of our location.
