Job Description

Salary : Duties :

Inspect roof conditions in order to determine best course of action.
Select materials needed to complete roofing repair work
Roofing installation- tile, shingle, flat, metal
Take and upload photos of job in progress and at completion
Conduct repairs and maintenance on various structures and equipment.
Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials as needed.
Utilize hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.
Communicate daily via internal whatsapp chats
Measuring and cutting materials to ensure that they fit securely around vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls
Smoothing out rough spots on roofs to prepare the surface for new roof installation, repair, or waterproofing.
Replacing areas of clients roofs that are damaged or rotting
Safely setting up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as required
Cleaning up jobsite in pristine conditions after the work is complete.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a roofing technician or related fields.

Ability to use powered hand tools

Knowledge of various roofing materials and systems

Knowledge and strict adherance to OSHA guidelines and safety regulations.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting when required.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Bilingual is a plus
