This position is a client facing techincal project management & implementation role responsible architecting SmartVideo, email and SMS solutions as well as other digital marketing projects. This role also manages the configuration of the SmartVideo, the digital marketing automations, and reporting of the results. Responsibilities include managing product providers and third party vendors and their deliverables.
Monitor automated processes, identify client-facing challenges, communicating those internally and externally to work toward resolutions. Be hands-on with the technology where applicable to solve for issues with software code, data consistency and automation problems.

- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a marketing technologist, provide overall project management for SmartVideo and other digital marketing implementations by developing project plans, tracking scheduled activities, managing and executing on deliverables, providing campaign level reporting analysis and managing costs
- Developing and presenting recommendations to clients and product providers
- Work with clients to gain approval for creative elements
- Collaborate and share best practices with SmartVideo vendors
- Maintain CRM data for tracking and reporting
- Liaison with internal technical resources, digital designers, narration, and field sales
- Utilizing industry best practices, implement the technical and functional requirements defined in collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders and outside partner stakeholders.
- Direct software development, UX design, database engineers and QA teams to execute their roles, leading to completed of project requirements.
- Build out SmartVideo content using client logo, brand guidelines and assist in construction of other creative elements
- Create landing pages using HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS and Ampscript
- Adapt HTML email content to SFMC Ampscript, validating and testing against client data
- Query logic configuration to manage data via SQL queries
- Oversee vendor deliverables and scheduling
- Identify technical debt, avoiding service impact
- Re-engineering solutions to drive down service requirements
- Provide client and internal facing performance reports as-needed
- Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. Field of Study: Computer Science or Software Engineering
- 5 – 7 years related work experience
- 3 – 5 years project management and/or implementation experience specifically related to financial institutions, implementing complex custom software applications
- Proficiency with email marketing systems, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) a requirement
- Strong web development (CSS, JavaScript, HTML), HTML email capabilities
- Capable data management skillset (Excel, SQL)
