What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Specialist - Mechanical Breakdown Protection position at Allied Solutions LLC?
Provide administrative and customer service support for all aspects of the Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP) product. Communicate daily with Allied field sales force, financial institutions, borrowers and our various MBP providers to assist with product questions, technical issues pertaining to iQQ and troubleshooting claims. Process monthly commission/production statements from various MBP providers and resolve refunds and pricing discrepancies. Assist with the onboarding of new accounts by generating and managing multiple agreements, adding correct product configurations in iQQ once agreements are signed. Provide ongoing support for accounts utilizing iQQ to sell MBP.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
Key Responsibility #1: MBP Agreements
- Create, distribute, and manage various Provider, Lender and Allied agreements required to implement new MBP accounts and then once signed, responsible for initial set up in iQQ quoting platform.
- Respond to emails from sales reps, providers and other Allied departments. Work within Smartsheet, Infor, PIMS, Data Store and Central Source for various projects and assignments. Respond to tickets in Infor and complete all assignments in a timely manner.
- Assist with the development, testing, troubleshooting and training of iQQ. Respond to iQQ Live Chat and Phone Calls to assist accounts with all aspects of MBP including, but not limited to, product questions, quoting or selling issues, cancellation and refund inquiries and claims assistance.
- Create and distribute Executive Reviews, various Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports, to management, sales reps, CDMs and individual MBP accounts. Depending on time of year, could be more % of time (first week of month, end of quarter, mid/end of year).
- Process bi-monthly statements from various MBP providers. Resolve refund inquiries and coordinate payments with Allied Accounting Dept.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work-related experience required.
