Our client is seeking an IT Technician to join their Technology Service Desk call center, providing hardware and software support for end-users. This role is essential in maintaining the corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal system downtime, and optimizing IT performance.
Key Responsibilities:
β Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and onsite assistance
β Diagnose, install, reimage, configure, and test PCs, Mac OS, printers, and other hardware
β Troubleshoot and resolve desktop software issues
β Support mobile devices, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
β Maintain an up-to-date hardware and software inventory
β Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation
Qualifications & Skills:
βοΈ Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users effectively
βοΈ Call center experience preferred but not required
βοΈ Experience with Windows and Mac OS environments
βοΈ Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) systems
βοΈ Ability to work in a fast-paced IT service desk environment
βοΈ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
