Brand Ambassador

Allied Stone Inc. is seeking a service-oriented Client Relations Manager to act as a liaison between customer, client, and operations. Primarily tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction, they will build relationships by regularly visiting our established builders and customers, gathering feedback and insight related to current operational challenges. They will utilize critical thinking skills to ensure all client needs and concerns are addressed in an efficient manner, providing recommendations and solutions to our internal teams to resolve current issues and prevent future challenges. They will also work to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Interact regularly with current clients and customers, maintaining a continuous schedule of client visits to check-in and provide on-site support related to projects/installations/future business
  
• Consistently network with clients and customers to identify and address specific needs, foster relationships, and raise positive brand awareness
  
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure all client requirements are met
• Coordinate with sales and operations department leadership and stakeholders; provide recommendations and strategies related to process and procedure improvements
  
• Answer customer and client questions and inquiries regarding our services and products
  
• Provide data and feedback to stakeholders and operations department related to the health and potential of current clients

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFCATIONS, AND/OR TRAINING):

• Required Education:
  • High School diploma or GED

• Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
• Preferred Experience:
  • 2 years in sales, field service, account management, or customer service; specific experience in the construction industry strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with project coordination, marketing, project management, or as a superintendent preferred

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):

• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide solutions-focused feedback and resolutions to address client concerns
• Outgoing, personable demeanor and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able and willing to travel to work sites, plant locations, and client businesses daily. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position will be performed in both an office setting and a job-site setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position may require you to lift stone samples and other objects that way between 25-50lbs on a frequent basis

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position will require you to travel throughout the Austin and Houston metro area.
