SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY

The Director of Information Technology (I.T.) is responsible for leading the strategic direction, implementation, and management of Allied Stone’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the security, scalability, and efficiency of all IT systems. This role oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and network infrastructure, aligning technology solutions with business objectives to drive innovation and operational excellence.

The Director of I.T. collaborates with leadership across departments to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

• Technology Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with Allied Stone’s business goals.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.

Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, ensuring the protection of company data and systems.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of business applications such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools.

Ensure the availability of IT support resources to address technical issues and optimize user productivity.

Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing spending on infrastructure, software, and services.
