Summary of Position and Responsibility: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of materials. This role involves coordinating with team members, managing workflows, and maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and productivity.

- Supervise warehouse activities: Lead and supervise warehouse team members to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure safety and organization: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Optimize warehouse processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Utilize best practices in inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with departments: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
