We are looking for an associate Attorney to join our team in Old Town Alexandria. This person must have passed the bar in Virginia or DC. This is a full time in office position.

Day to Day Job Responsibilities
- Conduct closings in offices and out of the office when needed
- Draft documents in preparation for closing (Deeds, contracts, escrow agreements, etc.)
- Work with processors to solve title issues (breaks in the chain of title, estate issues, legal description discrepancies, etc.)
- Attorneys are often required to communicate internally with the Allied Title processing team and externally with clients, government entities, surveyors, etc. to facilitate title issue resolution.
- If needed, attorneys must coordinate with underwriting counsel.
