Job Description
Hourly Pay Rate : $42.50
Must have a valid Armed New York State Security License
Must have a valid New York Driver's License
Contract requires prior law enforcement.
Allied Universal® Risk Advisory and Consulting Services, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring an Armed Security Operative. The Armed Security Operative will conduct armed and / or unarmed foot and / or vehicle patrol (interior and / or exterior). Additional duties include controlling access and egress; monitoring CCTV and alarm systems; composing reports; deterring criminal activity and misconduct.
Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- Intercede, escort, or assist in escorting, persons as needed
- Observe and report inappropriate or suspicious behavior and / or materials / objects to the client
- Communicate and / or document any irregular security-related or safety-related incidents
