Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event day preparation and execution.
- Allow appropriate entry into venues, collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of venues.
- Demonstrate an understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events.
- Provide genuine, friendly, and personal greetings to guests, offering helpful directions and suggestions to enhance their entertainment experience.
- Interact with guests using a smile and natural speaking voice.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Must pass a background investigation, post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, and may require a Driver's Record check.
- Be professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Oustanding verbal and written communication skills required.
