What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Manager position at Allied Universal?
Allied Universal is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our team in managing accounts receivable and improving cash flow. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise on collecting amounts receivable and collections escalation protocols, as well as WinTeam training regarding Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice and AR Domo reporting.
You will work closely with Financial Transaction Specialists and Branch staff to resolve payment issues and ensure timely receipt of client payments. Your responsibilities will include facilitating weekly or bi-weekly Accounts Receivable conference calls with regional operational teams, following up and resolving outstanding issues.
You will also provide weekly client, Branch, and regional status updates to senior management and recommend actions to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Additionally, you will work with outside collection agents on assigned corporate collection clients and utilize third-party firms (D&B and Credit Risk Monitor) to evaluate creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients.
