We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Security Guard, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and must be able to respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
The salary for this position is $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. You will work on afternoon and overnight shifts, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in varying environments and conditions.
