Allied Universal is looking to hire a Director of Business Development. This experienced consultative sales professional will assist our VP of Business Development in executing a strategic plan of leveraging multiple skill sets in order to achieve lofty corporate revenue goals. The Lead will also be responsible for achieving a sales goal within a regional territory. Primary responsibilities include :
Coaching and Leadership :
- Assist the VP of Business Development in the region that generates new profitable business and drives Allied Universal’s strategic plan.
- Effectively and proactively collaborate with VPBD to onboard, train, develop, coach, and engage the sales team to exceed expected results.
- Deploy strategies to embrace and execute the reinforcement of consultative sales skills training and sales process to enhance the quality and quantity of new business accounts acquired.
- Coach team to identify and recognize the unique buyer in the buying process map to leverage and nurture connections to productive relationships.
- Utilize expertise in Salesforce management to assist in the development of strong BDM pipelines throughout the region.
- Embrace the corporate culture of being nimble and fast, effective at handling multiple assignments to drive a regional sales culture of winning.
