We are looking for a Retail Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain a valid driver's license (required for driving positions only).
