You will be responsible for detecting and preventing suspicious activity, observing and reporting incidents, and providing customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles and will possess excellent communication skills. They will be required to patrol on foot, bicycle, or via a vehicle to check for unsafe conditions, blocked entryways, security violations, mechanical problems, and unauthorized individuals.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the selected individual will also inspect all security devices and fire control equipment. They will respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, or inclement weather.
