What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Site Operations Coordinator position at Allied Universal?
Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing on-site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all times.
You will work closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery. This involves visiting assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and conduct post inspections to ensure professional image and quality standards are being maintained.
Key responsibilities will include conducting on-the-job training of new employees assigned to post, responding to call-offs that occur during your shift, and identifying any personnel problems occurring at posts. You will also be responsible for writing reports or assisting with investigations as directed.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military. Excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are also essential.
