We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Airport Traffic Security Officers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, travelers, direct and manage the flow of traffic, enforce security protocols and procedures, and make a real difference in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
- Direct and manage the flow of traffic, enforce security protocols and procedures, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, ensuring the security and safety of the airport and its facilities.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Pass a drug screen (to the extent permitted by law)
- Hold a valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
