Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Security Officer to work in Indianola, PA. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.75 and a flexible schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by client site.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21 years old for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
