Job Summary:
As a Professional Security Shift Supervisor at Allied Universal, you will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
- Liaise with site supervisors, Account Managers/Field Operations Managers, and professional security officers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience)
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Frequent preparation of written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations
- Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in various environments, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
