About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by following safety protocols, site policies, and responding to critical situations calmly and effectively.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies while maintaining a problem-solving approach.
- Conduct regular patrols around business premises and perimeters, adapting to varying work environments and conditions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old (21 for armed roles).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Undergo a thorough background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Pass a drug screen, subject to applicable laws.
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements, if necessary.
