As a Security Professional - Armed Desk in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Front Desk Officer in a financial institution, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities include managing access control and assisting visitors with a focus on customer service. This position requires an armed designation, where you will help to deter potential security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Assist in managing security-related incidents and respond to critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help deter potential security-related incidents.
• Communicate with clients and visitors, providing assistance and information as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Must have experience in armed security roles.
• Must have experience in access control and badge systems.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
