About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring all security systems, communications, and fire/life safety systems within the designated region. They will also be expected to proactively monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs, responding to security/life safety system alarms as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between all departments and the security department.
- Handle complaints and unusual/critical event information promptly and accurately.
- Accurately document routine and unusual events occurring on or near the facilities.
