Allied Universal is seeking an experienced and results-driven sales leader to join our team as Vice President, Business Development (VPBD). This pivotal role is responsible for managing and driving a high-performing team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve and exceed sales revenue and profit objectives throughout a multi-state region. As a leader in the security services industry, the VP of Sales will have a direct impact on shaping the future of safety and security solutions throughout the region. By fostering meaningful client relationships and developing innovative strategies, the sales leader will contribute to redefining industry standards while delivering exceptional service that reflects our company values.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of complex sales processes, and the ability to inspire and develop a results-oriented sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES : Leadership and Team Management :
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct joint client visits to monitor and coach team members, ensuring quality customer interactions.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment by modeling and aligning leadership behaviors that support the business development process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : (Must have’s)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least 5 years of sales management experience.
