Compensation The below annualized base pay range is a broad range based on analysis of similar positions in the market. The actual base pay for the position may be above or below he listed range and determined by a number of considerations, including but now limited to complexity, location, and scope of the role, along with experience, skills, education, training, and other conditions of employment. Base salary represents one compensation of Allied World comprehensive total reward package, which may also include annual incentive compensation rewards. $65,000 - $80,000 Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting or finance
- CPA or CPA eligible a plus.
- Are, CPCU courses a plus.
- Minimum 2 years financial experience; insurance, accounting, financial services
- Exceptional MS excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to work with internal and external clients.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and proven ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, time management and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to take on tasks with increasing responsibility and to perform with high level of independence in day to day activities and work overtime as required to meet deadlines.
