Position Summary
This position is responsible for testing the physical properties of products produced, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as needed.
• Ability to manage job-related stress effectively and maintain constructive workplace interactions.

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce established policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
• Monitor fully automated processing lines to ensure proper operation.
• Sort raw materials efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and related projects.
• Perform regular quality checks on products against established standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping protocols.
• Accurately complete and organize required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with Production, Shipping, and Management teams.
• Promptly report equipment-related issues to the shift leader or management.
• Relay processing information to the incoming shift team.
• Support the training of new operators to ensure smooth integration into the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

Experience:

• Quality Control: 1 year (Preferred)
• Production or Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
