Wash Line Technician

Pay Rate: $20-$22.50/hr
Position Objective:
Responsible for monitoring fully automated processing lines to ensure efficient and quality production.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and active engagement in daily tasks.
- Open to receiving and applying feedback to improve performance.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable, with consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
- Willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as required.
- Capable of managing job-related stress effectively and fostering positive workplace interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes.
- Certifications in forklift operation, health & safety, or first aid.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Assist with basic mechanical repairs as needed.
- Maintain the work area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Report any equipment-related issues promptly to the shift leader or management.
- Support the training and onboarding of new operators.
