About The Position
Job Title : CT Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - CT Tech Job Duration : Permanent Staff Shift : Day 2x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Not specified License : ARRT certification required Certifications : American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Must-Have : - Associate degree from a school approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - ARRT certification required within 30 days of employment - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card - One year experience as a staff technologist in an imaging department of comparable size and patient activity preferred - IV certification preferred Job Description : - Perform a variety of imaging procedures using Toshiba / Canon CT equipment - Provide diagnostic imaging results for patient care - Assist physicians during interventional procedures, including biopsies, injections, chest tubes, and drainage catheter placements - Support DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level II Trauma Center - Available scheduling : Weekend Baylor and part-time hours with full-time benefits - Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available - Encouragement of diverse candidates to apply - COVID-19 Vaccine required with medical / religious exemptions allowed - Flu Vaccine status unknown - This is a permanent staff position, not travel - Must submit an updated resume, relevant certifications, and selling points in the body of the submission email
