About The Position
Job Title : Mammogram Technologist
Job Location : Washington
Type of Facility : Level 3 Trauma Center
Length of Assignment : 13 Weeks
Start Date : Immediately
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5pm
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Perform 3D mammography scans for 10-15 patients daily
- Operate Hologic mammography equipment in two dedicated mammography rooms
- Conduct 15-minute scan appointments efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with one other mammography technologist
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR system
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting any issues
- Participate in quality assurance activities as required
