Job Details :
Pay : $ per week (to be updated)
Duration of assignment : 13 weeks
Positions Open : 1
Shift : Day
40 hours weekly guarantee
Coordinate PT services, providing assigned clients with direct therapeutic care, and teaching rehabilitation skills to the client and / or caregiver that promote maximum client independent functionality and safety. Provides preventive and rehabilitative PT procedures individualized to the client and according to age-specific needs. Performs all duties within the scope of the physical therapy practice guidelines and in accordance with productivity standards
Requirements :
Active Unrestricted SD License
Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
Must have at least 1 year of experience
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
