Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Experience: 2 years

Licenses: RT-ME

Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); RRT(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed)

AND

Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU

Experience: 2 years

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
