About The Position
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in General Surgery - REQUIRED
VT license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
ATLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
1 year of employment experience as General Surgeon - REQUIRED
5 years of employment experience as General Surgeon - PREFERRED
1-hour response time to hospital when on call, 15 mins response to a page. Note if provider already lives in or will relocate within this radius (add to "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
Quick start - PREFERRED
