Candidates for this 13 week travel job will have associate degree or higher in a laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, and be certified by the ASCP, AMT or other board of registry deemed comparable by OASD (HA) or their designee (CCLM) as an MLT or MT / MLS. Requirements : Must participate in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) or alternate proficiency-testing program, Previous experience with calibration and repair of various laboratory apparatus and instrumentation is required, Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Office Products.
