Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines, coil winders, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Set up and calibrate machines according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measurement tools.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining principles.
- Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Perform repetitive motions and handle small parts with accuracy.
