The Project Manager leads the specification and implementation of projects and programs in line with organizational project standards, objectives, policies, and principles. Responsibilities:
- Leads development of the project proposal and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and the allotment of available resources
- Develops detailed project plans to track progress and shares information with team
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
- Overseas technical and organizational management as well as the financial aspects of the project
- Manages the relationship with the client and reports project progress
- Manages contracts with external suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, working knowledge of Microsoft products
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job the employee will occasionally be required to stand for long periods of time
- The individual will be required to occasionally lift and transport items weighing between 10 – 40 pounds.
- May be required to operate production machinery or lab equipment.
- Some travel may be required.
Wage Scale: $75,000 - $90,000
