Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and innovative Property Manager with a proven track record in property and asset management. This individual will play a key leadership role, responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the division, acquiring new clients, and managing a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will also bring a network of potential clients and the ability to scale operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Division Development: Create and implement the foundation, processes, and best practices for the Property and Asset Management Division.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.
- Business Development: Utilize your existing client relationships and industry knowledge to attract new property management contracts.
- Leadership: Build and mentor a team of property management professionals as the division grows.
- Operations Management: Develop budgets, manage financial performance, and oversee property maintenance and compliance.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing exceptional service and regular reporting on portfolio performance.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in commercial property and asset management.
- A strong network of property owners, investors, or other potential clients.
- Proven ability to develop and scale property management operations.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and property operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Real estate license or other relevant certifications (preferred).
