AGENCY OVERVIEW:
Allies for Every Child (Allies) exists to give at-risk children and children living in poverty the foundation they need to increase their life choices and lead fulfilling lives. For over 30 years, Allies has been providing thousands of at-risk children and their families with critical, high-quality early education programs (including comprehensive Early Head Start services), family strengthening interventions, foster care and adoption services, and a range of vital, integrated services, including mental health services, educational assessments, disabilities screenings, nutrition, dental and vision screenings, and pediatric health consultations.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Program and Evaluation Assistant ensures agency and client compliance with program regulations and assists in the general day-to-day functioning of the office, data entry, evaluation data tracking, providing support for programs and general operations as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

· Provides meeting support as needed (e.g. create flyers, scheduling conference rooms, emailing invitations, tracking RSVPs, room set up, and taking minutes)
· Provides reception relief at the front reception desk as needed
· Assist program staff with developing forms, creating intake packets and maintaining documentation.
· Keep files organized and up to date in accordance with program and COA Accreditation requirements
· Supports with data entry and tracking in partnership with evaluation and impact team
· Apply program guidelines and follow established procedures and protocols
· Maintains appropriate confidentiality and HIPPA compliance
· Evening and weekend hours may be required
· Other duties as assigned (e.g. supporting cross agency programs)
· Staff must believe in and act in accordance with both the Agency's and the program's mission statements.
· In accordance with our "team" philosophy, the person filling this position may occasionally be required to carry out or assist with other tasks in addition to the duties listed in this job description.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
· BA/BS required
· Prior experience in a social service setting desired
· Attention to detail when completing new and repetitive tasks
· Good interpersonal skills and a desire to help others
· Strong organizational skills and follow through
· Strong communication skills
· Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team and able to work independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Electronic Health Records software
· Passionate about learning and possesses curiosity about issues affecting children and families

· Fingerprint background clearance (DOJ, FBI & Child Abuse Clearance Index), or approved exemption
· Successful completion of pre-employment physical and PPD test/ risk assessment, proof of Covid-19 vaccination and immunizations for pertussis (Tdap), measles (MMR) and influenza (can decline)
· Class “C” driver’s license, proof of insurance, a safety record acceptable to CAA, and reliable transportation required
